About Us
Established in 1986 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia BRC (formerly Bab Makkah Recreation Club) unites Kerala expatriates from Calicut, fostering Arts, Sports, Culture, Social, and Education. With 250+ active members, we embrace diversity and promote education. We excel in sports and engage with the local community while upholding cultural norms. Mission
The mission of BRC is to foster a sense of unity and belonging among Calicut expatriates in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Through a diverse range of activities encompassing sports, culture, education, and community engagement, we aim to create a harmonious space where individuals of varying beliefs and backgrounds come together as one family. BRC is committed to upholding the values and traditions of our homeland, Kerala, while promoting the culture and heritage of India in our adopted home, Saudi Arabia. We seek to provide support and encouragement for the educational and cultural development of our members and their families.
